Audio problem in Acoustic Solutions TVCR3315 TV/Video/DVD combi?

I'm having audio problems with an acoustic solutions TVCR3315 combi unit. The sound works perfectly with in DVD/Video mode but not when watching TV. It's connected to an arial & was working perfectly until recently.

Would anybody have any idea where the problem lies.
