Neff u1721n2gb elactric double oven?

My oven mentioned above won't heat up. The fan and light come on as normal and the top oven works fine.Any ideas how i can fix this problem?

Hi, i have encountered the same problem with my oven where the hob and top oven work but the bottom one, only the fan and light work... any idea how to fix this. could it be the heating element's gone??

any help would be very appreciated
