Mend Water Cylinder Way

my hot water cylinder tank has given way. How can I fix it?

My cylinder has given way and I want to replace with a new lagged one.
Can someone please advise me whether this is a relatively easy job as it seems to be or are there any complications involved that I should be looking out for?
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
