My machine is not spinning properly or emtying. I have taken off filter and cleaned, nothing much there. Tried to reset as per Matt's answer, no good. Please help as machine not that old but out of warranty, typical!! Please help.
remove the filter and then shine a torch in to the filter housing and check there isn't anything in the drain pump impeller stopping it rotating.also check that the drain hose isn't blocked by lowering it to the ground so water pours out.reset machine by holding start button pressed for 5 seconds
