Mend Mitsubishi WD-65838 Turn Plugged Light

My Mitsubishi projection tv wont turn on ?

I unplugged the tv and when I plugged it back in it wont turn on. The green light in the front just keeps blinking. I'm wondering if it is worth fixing, I don't want to spend too much on it.
