locking st220?

my 2002 mondeo st220 has suddnelly decided not to lock when using remote but if i lock it with key and then try unlockin with remote all doors open expect drivers door and also the boot decides to open by its self while drivin along can anybody helpme fix this as i wantin to sell inthe spring
