Mend Mazda BA Driving Power Pump

How can I fix my Mazda 323f?

As I am driving along all of a sudden the car looses power I have to pump the gas pedal to be able to move. Then If I put it in manual it seems ok until I start to pull away and it starts all over again.
Please help I dont know what to do.
