I'm looking for a wheel arch inspection cover for my renault megane?

I've had the same problem with my megane, lights flashing, not starting etc. I've worked out its due to the ECU fuse box flooding as the wheel arch inspection cover for the headlights is missing. i've been tryingto get a new one from scrap yards but have had no joy. Anyone got any ideas where I can get one?
