Atlas Crestwood 248 Stove fan problems?

Does anyone know how to get at the fan? Do you go in from inside the oven or from the outer back of the stove?

If I cannot fix the fan, can I disconnect it? Will the stove function as a non fan oven?

I live 40 kms from the nearest town and most electricians don't want to travel that far.
