oh thats a fun job on these,you have to take the front panel off then the top handlebar panel then the front wheel then the front brake off the forks then pull the D shaped clip off the back of the igntion switch that holds the green electrical part of the switch in then undo the handlebars and pull them off and lay them upside down with all the cables still on them then undo the locking nut on the forks at the top and then take the washer off then the next nut then the forks will fall downwards move the speedo cable out of the guide under the forks and also the brake hose then drop the forks totally out and you will see a U shaped clip holding the steering lock part of the swith at the back of the frame where the lock goes in that keeps it locked into the part that you put your key into there is a small gap in the frame there to put a small screwdriver in to pull it out,when you ahve it out the steering lock part goes out from the front of the bike and the other bit goes backwards...then if your changing the barrle you need to push the last leaf on the barrle in and the barrel will pop out(told you it was a treat to do lol.
