hotpoint WF445A bearing noise?

hi, i have a hotpiont wf445a it sounds like the bearings have gone as the drum makes a loud rumbling noise when spun by hand with the belt removed. I have changed bearings before i just need some advice on how to enter the machine without disturbing sensors or electrics. many thanks.
