i'm at a new job and i need to find out as soon as possible how to forward the calls (Panasonic KX-T2365). There is no forward button, so i'm wondering in what ways did the previous worker used to forward the calls. However she managed to do it somehow... Thanks in advance!
Forwarding calls to another extension number is a feature of the PABX (the private exchange at your work) not the phone. You need to ask some one at your work how to do it.
