how can i fix my mothers berry 2900 electric fire?

how can i fix my mother-in-law`s berry 2900 electric fire, one of the bulb holders keeps blowing, can it be replaced?

I have a Berry 2900. I found that standard candle bulbs didn't last long. So i fitted modern halogen alternatives. Result - no more blown bulbs.

Unscrew front 2 screws, lift up the coals and bulbs are directly below

I also have a Berry 2900 coal stove sort of electric fire and the bulb needs replacing. I can't even see how to get in and find a bulb holder
