Vauxhall Corsa turns over but won't start?

Hi,

I have a year 2000 corsa club c 1.0 litre 3 cylinder engine. The engine will turn over but won't start. No hint of firing at all.
On turning over the engine management light does go out. If I take out the spark plugs, they are wet with petrol. Compression test shows 170 psi per cylinder.

New plugs fitted
Fuel pump runs fine and there is fuel pressure
Injectors inject
There is a spark from the plugs
New fuel filter
New air filter
New crank position sensor
New battery

Any ideas?
