Mend Valliant VUW 242 E Ignition Start Fan

valliant turbo max vuw 242 e no ignition?

on start up the fan starts the electrode starts sparking but no gas is going throu the valve, there is continuity across the pressure swithch and D/C to the gas valve. is the the problem with the gas valve or solinoid or both. pls advise thanks
