SDS drill does not rotate sometimes?

Hi,

I have an SDS drill (B+D). The drill bit fails to rotate most of the time, yet the hammer action is perfect. I have used it for pretty heavy duty work - chiselling, drilling etc. Anybody know if I can repair it?
