How can I get rid of the fishy smell From Air Conditioning Unit in my Ford?
When the car is put under load and also when using clutch control on steep hill the odour from the Air Con unit is musty and fishy - the dealer has deoderized the unit but this has not helped.
when a pollen filter is replaced the seal between the plastic scuttle and the windscreen is disturbed which lets in water when it rains thus filling up the heater box which houses the pollen filter reseal between the bottem of the windscreen and the scuttle using black silicone sealer
