polti vaparetto has stopped working no lights are coming on at all?

my polti vaparetto vt leader iron has stopped working no lights are coming on at all have changed plug and fuse do you have any answers! or tips.

You may need to de-scale the machine. Buy the descaling Kapsol I think they are called and on the instructions they tell you how to do it.

My machine now cuts out after only 2 or 3 minutes of steaming. I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for it to work again!!
