Saunier Duvall c13e?

I have a saunier duvall c13e and wish there was some contractor in South Jersey who could service it. I believe since I put it in 5 years ago that it should be cleaned out since the best my water gets is luke warm now. I am looking to replace it with something else which is much more high tec.
