Mend Indesit FDL570 Dishwasher Problem

Dishwasher takes on water but does not wash?

I have an Indesit FDL570 dishwasher.
It takes water in with no problem.
It heats the water.
But at no time do the arms move or any water get sprayed around.
It also drains without problem.
