hotpoint wml 560?

hello when i press the start button on my wml 560 nothing happens then after a couple of minutes the first stage light goes from solid to flashing, looking at the trouble shooting guide it mentions the water supply . it is there and good pressure, took top off and disconnected a hose which lead to i believe a pressure sensor and blew into sensor and could hear a click as though it was working, stuck now any help would be appreciated
