Problem with centerl looking?

My ford focus zetec 2000, got problem with door locking, some times with key/remote it locks, some times not. back doors dont open nither inside or outside though it is unlock. with remote the pesenger door some times dont lock. Any help? How can I open the back door/dismount it from inside.
