Renault laguna,1.9dci 02 stop warning light and won't drive?

Hi, I have an 02 Renault laguna 1.9 dci . Went out other day and on way home it stop coming in driveway. It starts put hasnt enough power to pull up to 2nd gear.. There a new turbo and all just on it so can't be that. Everything else works just won't take the drag or load of the engine move forward. Nitemare as I'm selling it.
