how to fiX Insignia NS-PDP50HD-09?

Yesterday I had a problem with my Insignia Plasma TV. While I was watching TV, it just turned off suddenly, while the blue power on LED was still on. I tried to turned it off and wouldn't.

So I unplugged it then replugged it, and the red Standby LED turned on. Then I turned on the TV and the LED turned BLUE, there was the normal clicking sounds but the TV screen shows nothing. Also, once turned on, I can't turn it off except when I unplug it.

The TV screen is not communing on again, the power light change from red to
blue and you can not take it off, talk to a service to a service technician,
he indicate two thing the TV is under warranty and he require a schematic
drawing for same, it will me good to have one

I had a local Trinidad Samsung dealer look at it and he tells me the follow card can be the problem:-card model 50WF3.5_LM for TV mod-ns-pdp50hd-09. See attach and let me know what you think. When the TV iON knob is press the follow sequence take please with the power card alarm disable jumper in. see attach can you please help with the identifying the problem card and the price and where I can buy same.
I need some technical info please no more sale pitch to make money is it the power card or the logic card?
