Klik radio controlled clock runs 6 mins fast!?

My Klik radio controlled clock runs 6 mins fast. Any idea on how to reset it to be accurate again. Taking the battery out and putting it back in, it still resets to 6 mins out.

1 press button 1 for about 3 secs the hands will start spinning

2) just befors they all reach 12 press button 1 they will stop

3) now give button 1 small presses to micro step hands untill all 3 reach bang on 12

4 now press button 2 to confirm the second will spin 1 rev then stop

5) place watch by window this may take 10mins but once its got the radio signal the hands will now spin to correct time

you may need to do this again when battery changed
