Mend Beko wma1715 Washing Machine Washer Pump

How can I fix my Beko wma1715 washing machine?

My Washer door open light has come on the washer is convinced it has finished its cycle but the water is still inside the machine, how do I get the water to drain the pump is functioning properly and the spin is working it just seems to have forgotten to empty and turned its self off

Drain by black hose on bottom front
Switch off .

Switch back on while holding the on/off button and Start button together for 3 seconds
This will reset machine
