it is inside the left hand clutch cover of the engine ,is it a rotax 122 engine we are talking about ?it should say it on top of the engine.take the left hand cover off the engine (drain the oil first)and the clutch will just pull off in your hand !nice and easy then you will see two big plastic gears these are the balance weight gears they need to be put back in the same position so make a note of the marks that line up on them you will see index marks on the shafts and also two markigs on the gears where they must meet each other too note one ger is dished one way and the other gear the other way(the gears are the same though just fitted upside down on one shaft)then you will see a small white gear in the left hand bottom corner of the case thats the waterpump drive gear its keyed onto the shaft with a pin and the pump is held in the case with a single 8mm headed hex bolt and an oring,undo the bolt and draw the pump towards you it will just pull out but may need some effort then you have the pump in your hand .easy hey.
