Mend Beko TZS490 Sure Not Die Me

How can I be sure the freezer is not going to die on me? ?

I have a Beko freezer TZS490 upright,seemed not to be freezing after moving it slightly to decorate.Switched it off and de-frosted it switched on again and it is freezing ok but when door is opened and closed there is a rattle and hissing noise from the appliance.I have checked and there no visible leaks at the back.
