Beko WMA 510s not heating?

Thanks for all your help CK.
She did a wash and it is definatly not heating.
I did a test wash run also to prove it also.
Is there any way to test the ntc sensor in the element? Does it pull out of the element?
Is there any sequence of tests that can be carried out on the pcb to prove it?

Thanks again and sorry for all the questions, I am just trying to help her out as best I can as she has no one else.

It does pull out of the element if you undo the 10mm nut in the centre of the element.NTC should vary in resistance as the temperature changes.you can simulate this with water in a bowl and just put the silver bit in and as temperature changes so will the resistance.Although this will prove it varies with temp it doesn't prove its in calibration and unfortunately I don't have typical resistances to give you to compare
turn off machine
select 90 cotton wash program
press and hold the start button in whilst turning the machine on.led above start button should come on
now press start button again and see if any leds flash at you
If all the lights flash then no fault code are logged
Each press of the start button will make the machine do a function.
to get out of this just switch the machine off/on/off/on
If codes do flash post the sequence which is usually shown on 3 leds which will be on or off
