Mend Diplomat APM6852 Cooling Freezer Appliance

Diplomat Fridge/Freezer APM6852 only gets cold in super freeze mode?

If the thermostat is set to anywhere between 1 & 5 both fridge and freezer are warm. (i.e. no cooling).
In * super freeze mode both fridge and freezer are VERY cold.
How can I fix it?
