thanks for your help crispy c and adam bike doc put a new woodruth key in and seem to be ok except when u open it up to put it in third it sounds to be making a grinding noise near fly wheel

Hi mate, thats the zonshen 110 pit bike? assuming it's not the flywheel rubbing, noise could be clutch, gearbox bearings, crankshaft related, all the best.
