Mend Neff S4453NOGB/13 Machine Cycle Will Start

Machine cycle will noy start?

I replaced the powder dispenser and trapped one of the blue dispenser wires when re-fitting the front panel resulting in a short circuit. Wire subsequently repaired and lights come on when swithed on but machine cycle does not start.
