Mend Aquarius We Filling Up Water

how can we stop or fix aquarius walk in bath door filling up with water?

we have an aquarius walk in b ath and the door keeps filling up with water which is making the hinges rusty. We do not know how hte wateris getting into the door or what to do to drain it or correct this. I under the manufacturer has gone into receivership and this has been a common problem. Has this happened to you? How did you solve it?
