Mend Panasonic NN-CT857w Microwave Door Repair

Inner door trim/seal on Panasonic NN-CT857w?

The inner door trim is not correctly seated so thet the door needs some positive pressure on the top right corner to make it 'click' shut. It seems to want to be seated on some metal tage on the door which slot inot the trim but it isn't. How can this trim or seal be correctly rermoved and refitted?
