how can i fix my zanussi zwd1471s ?

my zanussi zwd1471s does not do the full cycle in a wash, ie will go straight from prewash to drain without going through wash, spin etc.. i can skip straight to wash and spin but the machine will not do it during a cycle, its a digital display machine and no errors are shown up.
