i understand these chairs are gaurenteed for life- we have had the rocker fixed a couple of years ago,now the knob that lifts the foot part up is broken off. is there someone we can call?
The parts may have a lifetime warranty, but the labor to install them is typically only covered for one year. Check Craigslist under the Services section for "Mobile Furniture Repair" for a Craftsman near you.
