is air pressure ok, if so it may be multi circuit protection valve stuck.[the one with 4 turrets on near tanks ]make sure it wont roll/chock wheels or get someone in to press footbrake,and with h/brake off give valve a couple of taps with a spanner-this sometimes frees valve to get you home-but a new valve would be best -if this is the fault?
