My AEG OKO lavamat 6100 door will not open. What could the problem be?

I have turned it off, moved it to a new programme, turned it back on, emptied the filter, turned of the power at the mains, turned it back on...not sure what else I can do. There is no visible water in the machine but the door won't open. We have had pressure fluctuations lately in our locale, but that is OK now.
