Mend Zanussi zec37100w Tumble Dry

tumble dryer?

how can i fix a zanussi condenser zec37100w. When I go to switch on machine to dry the start button flashing red and machine wont work. Filter has been cleaned and water tank empty so don't understand what the problem could be. Can you help
