Mend Tiny Drive Replaced Problem

How can I prepare the new hard drive with this special Tiny partition?

I have a Tiny laptop with a duff hard drive, I've replaced the hard drive no problem but the restore disk will only restore the original hard drive because of a special partition install on it. How can I prepare the new hard drive with this special Tiny partition so that I can use the restore disk???

Can you boot from your Rescue Disk. If so, the utility on the disk should create the partitions that it wants. You should not need to set up your new harddisk in order to use your restore disk.
