.Peugeot Partner combi?

.our local Peugeot dealer where I had a costly estimate for service sent warning letter that timing cam belt is over due for changing. I always thought this wasn't required for at least 60,000 miles.
2003 2ltr HDi Diesel Peugeot Partner Escapade model mpv.
37 thousand miles on clock, purchased it at 6000 in April 2004 miles, which my mileage equates to just over 5 thousand a year most towing our caravan touring. Caravan not that heavy and tows well.

Yes I know I could phone garages but need some prices to go on. So mechanics! shock me with some prices!
