worcester 24i?

i have a worcester 24i boiler,5 years old,sometimes it lights not a promble and other times it doesnt? but if i turn the power of by the wall and back on again it lights.speak to worcester they told me flow switch or pc bored,replace both but still have the same promble,any help please
