Mend Beko DVC61 Cooker Oven Door Hinge

beko dvc 61 door hinge repair?

to clean the oven door I loosend the screws on the top hinge but too much and the back plate fell inside the side panel - how how do I take off the side panel to retrieve the back plate or is there another way to re-fix the door hinge?
