Hi, I have a replacement Sky box, but it came from Scotland, how can I change the region to Anglia West??

Your Region is determined by your Viewing Card, not where the box came from. However ifd the Viewing card was bought from came from Scotland then you need to follow the advice in the previous answer.

However, if the Viewing Card gave the correct Region on a previous box, try this: Remove the Viewing Card. Unplug the box. Wait about 20 seconds. Plug the box back in. Insert the Viewing Card when prompted.

ring up sky and give them the details of your box and card ( even if you dont subscribe to any channels) and they will send out a signal that puts all your regional programmes in the right order.
