over pressurised Worcester 24i junior boiler?

i have a worcester 24i junior boiler, i have accidently over pressurised it how do i reduce the pressure.

Simply bleed one of your radiators, letting some of the water out. A cupful at a time then check pressure again.

just bleed radiator and let some water out till pressure is 1 to 1andhalf bar
