How can I change the ribbed drive belt between the drum and motor without special tools

Hotpoint Hotpoint WMA56 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Drive Belt Motor

take the top lid off and also the little cover on the back put the new belt on thr motor spindle and the wheel on the back of the drum and turn it and it should pop into place
