Mend GE GSS25SGHDBS Fridge Freezer Temperature

GE Fridge/Freezer?

The top two shelves of the fridge are 50 degrees and the bottom shelves are 42 degrees. In the Freezer every thing on the door or on the front shelves are not freezing. This is for a GE GSS25SGHDBS side by side.
