Mend Vaillant Ikon 23t Boiler Problem

Ikon (Vaillant) Boiler problem?

6 months ago the boiler lost all power, the pcb was changed and seemed to rectify the problem. The same has happened again, loss of power at board. This time the board keeps blowing the 2amp fuse. No signs of burning or arcing on pcb, no signs of cables shorting out. Any ideas pls.Boiler is Ikon 23t
