Mend Citroen Relay 1.9D Working Fuses

Ciroen Relay 1.9D: Wipers Not Working?

I have checked the fuses and also tried a replacement motor but the wipers still do not work.
I cannot find details of which relay behind the dash facia is for the wipers and I cannot trace any cable fault.
Anyone got any more ideas before I take it to our local cash devouring repair centre.
