i have the same problem as tannie.i need a driver/firmware update tool(including the manual) to reinstall my mp3-player.

I have a CD with drivers for my 2gb logik mp3.. maybe it is a bulk CD with drivers for all players? email me at stoby@btinternet.com and i will try to organise sending you what drivers i have. do you have any idea where i can download the drivers from? or havn't you found the mystery logik firmware your SUPPOSED to get on the cd?
